Lou was born in Tampa, but spent his adolescent years in Bergen County, New Jersey.  He attended Villanova University in Philadelphia, and earned a BS in Business administration, majoring in Finance.    He entered the financial industry with the Investment Bank, Salomon Brothers, specializing in Foreign Exchange Arbitrage. He moved back to Tampa when the firm opened an office here in 1991.  Years later, when his grandfather became ill with ALS, he joined his family business, importing and distributing building materials like Stone, Tile, and Cabinetry. He increased his ability to navigate critical business planning and implementation strategies with a thirty-plus year engagement, until the company was eventually sold.  He returned to his roots by joining Accurate Advisory, helping clients understand the critical need for proper estate planning and ensuring the execution of essential tactics to provide families much needed peace of mind.

Lou has been married to his wife Janet, since 1994, and has two wonderful daughters who followed their mothers’ footsteps, and both graduated from the University of Florida. He relishes spending as much of his free time with his family as possible.  Lou loves being active, constantly seeking the outdoors, particularly all seasons in the mountains.  He loves to travel and enjoys cuisine from a myriad of cultures.

Lou focuses on bringing glory to God in his daily life, and on blessing people he encounters, especially those in need.  He teaches a special needs class and volunteers in various capacities with his church.
